Baby it's cold out there
Hello to all!
Well, today is Christmas day here in the U.S. and the administrators and myself, we want to take some time to look back on some moments of our incredible last year. But first, you would like to know that our communications officer Tricia Skinner has left us to turn to other things. Trish was a valuable member of the Random Acts Team and it is a pity that we lose it. But you will find that it has a lot to the ears:
"I believe in the mission of Random Acts to conquer the world with a selfless act after another, and even if I no longer a part of. administrative team, am I will, as I was always be a follower of an organization that makes a difference. But right now I have a master's program end, to raise a baby, raising a deaf puppies and write my first book. Lots around the ears? Ehm, just a little bit. I'll continue to cheer on Random Acts Misha and I have always admired, so quite honestly, a lot will not change. I think all the friendships in honor, which have emerged from this organization. This year was a year as any in my life. I've met in the last 12 months some of the most incredible, most admirable, most fearless, friendly, loving souls I ever knew. We have come together for us to embark on a journey with a simple, clear mission, which has far-reaching effects, and literally my life and the many other changes added. I have the feeling to be the happiest woman in the world because I know you all.
Thanks to our supporters . Without all of you nothing would be here all this possible. Your energy, creativity, support and love we carry. Thanks to the board of The Art Department, Inc. . Without their sponsorship, support and assistance it would be impossible to use our position and conquer the world with a selfless day after the other.
Thanks to our regional representatives . These extraordinary souls distributed around the world live and work so hard for Random Acts, although none of them ever me has taken, or anyone else from adminstrativen team (except for maybe Tracy). You do a fantastic job when it comes to all of our actions to be coordinated at the local level and are the unsung heroes of the organization. Some of them are fortunate, remarkable assistants and / or translators to have them make their expertise available to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the coordination of activities in busier areas. The representatives, assistants and translators are valuable for all.
Thanks also to our creative, artistically talented and innovative Video Creator . They breathe life our actions one, so that everyone can share the joy, and they do so under enormous time pressure. A big thank you to our forum moderators , but they make our forum a safe place for all our supporters. These wonderful people keep open to all and each time the eyes so that we can feel comfortable. They are friendly, feisty and fabulous. And above all I trust them that they take good care of us during our discussions.
Personally, I would like to thank the administrative team . Each one of them working hard to Random Acts to make a functioning organization. And I count each of them to my close friends. There are no words to describe how important they become to me. No word except perhaps love, trust, loyalty, devotion and affection.
And not sure I would also like to thank my co-founder, Misha Collins . That he has appeared in my life, can only be described as phänomental. It all started with a little twit of a celebrity at a very normal person and it grew to such an extraordinary collaboration. He gave me a gift, so many months, as we did on this trip. This gift was his time and energy. He has never ceased to give and so much more and so give generously of his confidence, inspiration and as a consultant, to name just a few things. He is a true blessing in my life.
Random Acts could achieve nothing without all of you who read this and all of which are mentioned in this entry. Heartfelt thank you to all.

for me 2010 was a year full of milestones: I work for a decade with my employer (OO), I became 30 (at last I am as old as I have always felt) and Random Acts was born.
I'm incredibly proud of everything we have achieved in the last year. I have made some wonderful friends (some less wonderful hustMarielhust * *) and I have learned a lot. Yes, 2010 was an impressive year (with the bonus that it ends with a zero) and I have the feeling that we have the best still ahead of us.

I should say something about 2010, "The year that was, but it is hard for me to find the right words for it . see Random Acts is by far the most wonderful organization with which I had to do ever and I still can not quite believe that I am part of it.
I have met some of the most wonderful people I ever knew, and I feel incredibly honored that I can call my friends. No matter whether we the serious things around or just rumalbern together, my life has been enriched by them in an indescribable way. I've seen people have made all over the world their hobby even more special. I have experienced the power of kindness, understanding and compassion and I will never not be amazed at how great it is.
Whoever you are, wherever you are, whether you celebrate on these holidays or not, I hope you and your loved ones are healthy and happy as we make our way in the new year. I can not wait to find out what will bring 2011th

The past year was a roller coaster ride. I was unemployed for 6 months, found myself in the midst of a career change and met a phenomenal group of people who asked me not only to them to build up an international charity organization to help, but I also (for reasons I do not always ) are among their friends. My life has changed over the past year changed so much and even though it is sometimes difficult was, so I know that it was for the better. Thanks to this organization, I have experienced myself as often as the blessing of kindness and beauty from around the world. May your holidays be blessed with kindness and beauty. I wish you and your families from the bottom of my heart peace and joy in this time and next year.

About this time a year ago, I had my application taken as treasurer for the MinionStimulus program in attack, where did I Misha assured that I can at least count to 10. And then I have sent away by post. If I only had the slightest idea, for what I inlets me there, I probably would have decided that 10 is not enough and instead wrote a zillion.
Random Acts was realistic to expect about a zillion times more than I had. And when I say "more", I mean that more of all - more driving power, more determination, more inspiration, more rewarding and more importance, both in the world and in my life. Of course this also means "more work" but I'm always grateful for the opportunity to make this work. So, here I am to thank all who have ever been involved in any kind of random acts, from the founders, to the people who sit on the sofa and read this blog entry. For me you are all BAMF.

"Arbeit macht frei!" / Modern version of Auschwitz's "Work Sets You Free"?
Today, I had a job interview at an Augsburg "company time" - at least that's what it Seemed, first. -
Excurse: In Germany, currently there is a plague of false/"incomplete" job offers. Some want you to get the labour bureau provide a state-funded $-coupon to search for you, but often all connections they have lead to short callcenter-sweatshop jobs. In case you get a contract there as an "office employee", the state grants a subsidy to the company, and that's the business. Others provide no open jobs at all, just offer to "coach" you for your own $ - so you get lured to their office under false pretext. And a few mean honest. I'm not saying neccessarily has to be something bad; this entry is not about conclusions.
The company of regard advertises with a slogan which ~obviously in a "funny way" seems to be derived from Auschwitz' concentration camp's "Arbeit macht frei!". They name it "Arbeit macht sexy!" or in German English "Work makes sexy!" ("Work sets you free!"). The mod doesn't make it much better: In German, though there certainly are similar sayings like "sour makes [you] funny", but that's something different and don't really apply, here. - The "advising" gesture, a message like as if you didn't know work could make you look good... , let alone the start-phrase which is a business no-go in our country (in respect to what happened/the Holocaust), and the well-known old "Third Reich"-colors black-red-white, big wall-chart, even on their business card, etc. - all that suggests something quite creepy.

When you face the realities in Germany today, it kind of feels like that expresses some parts. Modern anti-Semitism is widespread here, again, and it's somehow known that if you look different or ask questions, you soon look like shit. Because you'll have a hard time as these days, so many young types make career based on the pledge to be hyper-innovative, and to do what one's told - suggesting others were not , so that whoever is different has to face the prejudices. - Scapegoating often has an anti-Semitic touch: The other one looks old, not successful, negative energy , whatever. And therefore needs a kick in the ass to get him change. That's said nowhere, and I don't suggest neccessarily applies, to the above example. - But in such a climate, the style of immoral advertising says a lot between the lines. That's what I mean.
Anyway, this sort of business behavior is disgusting, offensive at least, and it suggests who doesn't look sexy -> doesn't work , right? In case you're interested in more material, feel free to visit the company website .
Btw. the outcome of my little job-interview: I just left after being handed a contract saying I would agree to pay 25 EUR (~34$) plus unspecified expenses, and at the same time (in bold) assuring me I would not enter into any obligation if I'd sign this paper, plus some legal dispute between imprecisely pointing at the company and the German federal employment agency, Which could actually lead to them paying the whole amount of money, not you! LOL

Okay, so it was, the first week
I had said that I still deliver a brief report. Much more I will not make my neck or neck hurts because of my flying lesson yesterday and joa. But this is fortunately not as bad (except for the headache).
The week started right at relaxing because I have Mondays only Arabic. The teacher is very funny and tells anecdotes from Egypt again and again to be ( Home country). The language itself ... well, yes: D If you survived Japanese, then it also creates this debate and letters are strange because you are in the alphabet still do need to think about whether the letter at the beginning, middle or end of a word stands.
Tuesday was my theory, spatial turn modules instead of yet, so you continue on Wednesday. We started as the introduction to Egyptology and Coptic. That was really interesting. It was about cultural studies and sources. However, I had to go to the sources, there was the master clock by 11 meeting. Nevertheless, that was what I noticed really exciting. It was about Egypt and its Classification itself, the importance and role of the Nile and similar things.
The meeting brought a ridiculous schedule. Egypt Desk Clock is now on Tuesdays from 16-18. So I'm free as of 14-16 Clock, but then I can have peace in the cafeteria, etc. as well Connie also free, then one can not hang out alone. But I can also Egypt reception to tell, because that was not held. My cultural studies seminar is unfortunately Thursday from 10-12. Spotting Telescopes Reviews
[Drabble]
I found that in my old LiveJournal (could not remember that I've written it at first). But somehow after re-reading it, I came to like it, so I thought that I could share it again. It is quite pathetic but on the other hand it somehow fits my situation at some point. ^ - ^:
The Final Stage
It has been a long time since that very moment had arrived finally. This is my stage. And no matter how long this will take me, I will stay here, undefeated. Boy, you will not defeat me. You are so far away from being as good as I am.
I remember the past, while standing here, waiting for my next turn. My eyes are looking at you. You... There is so much more than I can tell. So much more, than I am able to put in words. But on the other hand, it is just as simple as it sounds. It is just you.
You have been there everyday after my break-down and somehow it filled me with no end of joy to know that you care for me. I know that I have not been fair back then. I have thrown you out of my hospital room not wanting to hear anything about tennis or the Kantou tournament. And you went away, but you also came back. And me? I was so happy...
Today things are so different. But one thing never seems to change. You are the one, who always hold me up Who cheered me up, no matter how close I was to give up on everything.
This is for you. My final stage, my final battle. The Son of God has returned. And I am here to show my tennis to all of you.

[Japan] Day 22
Now it is ready. My last evening in Tokyo has begun. And it's really a strange feeling. But, I'm looking forward to is at home, but I am also saying that I will miss here - after all I have experienced many wonderful things. But first we come to today: Yes, I've actually done yet on the last day in the palace garden. It's really amazing how you suddenly from the skyscrapers in this huge park is - like in another world. One forgets true that one is actually in the huge metropolis of Tokyo - with the 10 million inhabitants - but only in the inner core of the city.
After two hours walking through the park - a pleasant break in the shade, we have still made their way to Ginza. I have seen this neighborhood one more time. Have there not - other than transactions that I can not afford it anyway (Gucci, Prada, etc.)
They were then probably the last pictures from Japan here on LJ. If tomorrow I on the way to the airport (or even there) see something, I'll subsequent filing it. Otherwise I have to get up tomorrow just after 5 clock in the morning, shortly before 6 to go to the web and so on. So, I finally arrived in Narita at 7:34 and then first find out where my plane starts at all - but I am at Terminal 2, because we ended up there also. And then I hope that I learn in all of luggage without paying a fortune (a high tolerance to 5 kg xDD). Fortunately, I have to also Frankfurt not go home alone. Good Luck Charm Doujin

we ignore the fact that it has already seen time days is 22. Finally, I just want to leave here on Monday revue happen. Actually we wanted to first clock at half past nine in the evening meet in Asakusa to karaoke, but somehow I had to do what the need, so we already landed at 18 clock in ... TOKYO DOME CITY! Woa! The dome is huge. I mean well, one could have imagined, but it's still something to see it differently. Tokyo Dome City is composed of the Dome itself, a huge shopping mall, an amusement park (Laqua) Halls and JCB (the one probably comes from watching some Tenimyu familiar) and the Prism Hall and the Tokyo Dome Hotel (and certainly other minor things). We are first walked around a bit and have looked at the shops, then eat are gone and landed in the end still in Laqua, for though was the internet there would only be day tickets, you could ride the attraction for them separately. And we could still go to this huge roller coaster that stands in the middle of Tokyo, only the third floor and starts from the top you can look past all over Tokyo. At night, again a marvelous picture.
The dome itself (Well, part of it: D) We next concerts mainly used for sporting events:)
It went on to karaoke. And this time the whole damn night. Yes, we had lots of fun and VERY Tenimyu many songs (some even twice), but somehow we had fun t'aime special Kanpa found more of the Pure Boys sing. This is also however, if the soul can howl to the heavens xDD Well, we did not gejault ... This much is certain. Oh, and stupidity of the user (= me), we have found out the Fuurinkazan is not in the original from the pen of a Tenimyu-songwriter-man but by a group which is called just like the song. And as such are passages from it like "Put your hands up". SO now all set and contact Sanada times before the black horse. Thank you!
So then a karaoke system sees in Japan (well, if one has one in Germany, provides for the probably not too much different). Was certainly funny animal. Voice is still there .. let's see how long!

Best Beginners Compound Bow For Hunting

have again I made the trip to Harajuku. The real plan was picnicking in Yoyogi Park, but because it was too hot, we moved the food better inside. Apart from in Harajuku was just a kind of Festival. We did not and have just overheard. In any case where groups presented folk dances from various Japanese schools. And that was really quite interesting. Here are some pictures:
From there we continued to run to the Meiji Shrine, which took place exactly a wedding (that was rather random). We have only seen the wedding procession. You go to Japan in a long line, always two people side by side (well, I know not whether the principle is so, but in this case it was just so). Be preceded by the clergy, then comes the couple and ultimately the guests. And they go VERY slowly (a fact which is very common in Japan, anyway - does not believe the Japanese go quickly ... they do that is rare).
I would not take pictures, but I was fast and the guard has not seen me. In Japan you can not photograph much scary. With such things as temples and other things I can understand it - in Germany can not even take pictures in all churches. But one even in department stores, etc. No photos can make is perhaps a bit exaggerated.

After dinner we walked from Harajuku to Shibuya. They are only about 15 minutes and it's a beautiful way with many colorful shops and similar things. In Shibuya, we really wanted to HMV store, but apparently there is in Japan, something like "bankruptcy" because I think if I understood correctly, then makes his HMV store in Shibuya. HMV brings all kinds of CDs and DVDs on the market. Ne is pretty known quantity. Well, we are instead of Tower Records (7 floors CDs, DVDs, magazines, books etc). aicchi to the dormitory. I wanted to but let's see what is in Japan for your paid so 800 euro (as student). Well, it has its own fridge and a toilet in the room. But surely the right is far from such a 'one price. If you consider that a dorm room in Germany costs between € 120-200 ... But well, that is probably also Japan.
This entry summarizes the previous day. I then went to bed before I quickly wrote a prologue for what I rumgeistert for a few days a head. Let's see what I'm doing more of it.
Today, we go to karaoke night. Lots Tenimyu sing songs (was still nice food was). Well, and tomorrow I'm going again briefly to the palace (which can be seen even barely, but it's a matter of principle), before I go on to my bag to grab the end and yes ... then it'll Wednesday at 6 towards Narita Airport. But for now enjoy even the last few hours here in Japan. This is probably my last but one entry from that country. I do not know who reads this at all however, because no one commented. But I write here for me. Memories are the stuff that can take in the end, no one ^ - ^

Is It Good To Get A Generic Nikon D90 Battery?
[Japan] Day 18
It was finally over. We would live by 19 clock BACK-ON in Shibuya in the "Cub Asia" look. I was really excited because I had only heard a few songs, but otherwise had no further impression of the 5 guys: D We met at 16 clock at the Hachiko statue in Shibuya. This small dog is also a story: Hachiko, the dog was a professor and has picked him up every evening from the Shibuya station. Then the professor died, but the dog was still another 10 years each Evening to the station. For this reason, it has set a monument Hachiko. I think that's kinda cute ^ o ^:
short some more visual impressions of Shibuya (apart from the fact that it is very colorful, it's also - so I'd at least say - the "in-district" of Tokyo):
The round tall buildings over there, the legendary "109" (Ichimarukyuu is) - the most famous department store in Japan . Determined that some have also seen schonmal. I personally do not just stand on purchase house race xD So we are not pure. We first wanted to eat (yummy curry with fried chicken) and then there are some running around in Shibuya. aicchi me then so a typical Japanese department store FS , r shown everything. Since there are really everything: furniture, toys, hygiene items, bags etc etc. You know. Everything indicated. I got there, then bought something to wear for my iPhone \u0026lt;3 A protective shell of Evangelion. I had seen the same ever in Akihabara - but since the time cost just measly 5500 yen. Yesterday I have paid "only" 1,500. We went to Starbucks (a Maccha, as always: D) and then in such a prestigious department store (Gucci, YSL, Prada ... xD), where we visited a toilet before it went to Club Asia.

So as to avoid here and camping in front of the venues (remember to ask all the Gackt concert in Bochum). It does nothing here, days in advance at the hall / to be at the club and camp there, just to get in the front row. It's always after numbers on the Tickets. Rike and I did it but then after the inlet to the forefront. BACK-ON were really great. No sooner were they on stage was in the small club atmosphere. And the guys come over really nice. As a non-Asians also came to again and again what is really funny every single time. 2.5 hours they have played and then I saw the first time that Japanese have left, really, really well: D The time was a new experience. After the concert, the five at the output still signing autographs. We have it signed our ticket. Funny that they have thanked us in English and then found out was that we are from Germany (I somehow had mentioned the Connichi - as they have last year played Saturday) and then said the one on German "German beer is good" (it was right on one level xD) and eventually have two "I love German Land" sung. There are moments that you can not pay for money.

The drinks were interesting: The cocktails themselves were not unusual, but the way she was serving it definitely (measuring cups, syringes, test tubes). First Rike had something to do with test tubes where they could concoct something and I had something with cotton candy in a measuring cup:
gabs in the second round for both of us then a measuring cup with vodka and ice and a "syringe" with Erdbeersyrup. The syrup you have first given in the measuring cup, stir and then raise the drink then drink out of it and into the syringe. It was really fun (and very tasty):
Yes, it was also the night of the strange sayings, of which I repeat publicly rather not. Read it with too many people who think then "WTF": D and you want to put anyone off. The Bar was really awesome. Then there is also once per hour, the "lockout" where then covered employees from the bar to run around and pretend as if they were broken out and stuff. Crazy ... but it is Japan.

Well, how would you sum up the day so - apart from hot of course - but it is here every day: D Okay, we had decided today to make Shinjuku uncertain. Or rather I had hitherto been pending in the district, and then offered a ride there by phone. Shinjuku is like almost every part of Tokyo's incredibly colorful. But I thought it was really far the most colorful thing I've seen ^ ^ And in Shinjuku is the Kabukichyo which a) is a Hostlcub district and b) is still run by Yakuzan. Yeah, and this is when we are out, but only after it was getting dark. Previously, we looked around for a while, I've finally got an electronic dictionary (yes those things are so outrageously expensive in Germany and here simply give you a much better choice), then we have schonmal tried a karaoke bar (because it is cheaper than in the evening during the day - 2 hours cost 200 yen about and you must take a drink it). You always get a single room and can pick on a computer the songs of his choice: D I think we have almost sung only Tenimyu stuff xD But it was SO funny. Tomorrow evening we then extended version to the back-ON concert in Shibuya.

So, it was finally over. I saw the Tokyo Tower. Well, strictly speaking, this reflects wrong, because I had seen him before, but now I was on it. But let's start at the beginning of the day. Then it was another short stop at K-Books and Mandarake before we get to the Sunshine City (already mentioned once, huge shopping center) went to eat there. Before sunset we started then to Tokyo Tower and I would like getting a few pictures can speak for me. One thing to note only: The Tokyo Tower is a) not the Eiffel Tower, also if similarities are clearly there and b) slightly higher than the cute little tower in Paris. We were on a platform (there are two) that is located in 150 m ^ - ^:
Yes, it was a bit foggy or hazy, so you could not see up to Yokohama, but the view is wonderful after all.
The tower itself, but well, I think it should be clear. It was really a great experience and of course I'm still more pictures, but that should be here only a small insight. It follows the same well, the entry for Day 17 (which is today - I was yesterday's visit to the Tower too tired and too lazy to even write the entry: D)

How To Know If Ringworm Is Healing
[Japan] Day 13 "ABC Venue"
This entry is probably the Most of my readers already on the ground are not so interesting, because they do not really understand what it is. But on the other hand, it also provides a good opportunity not as a glimpse into the cultural Japan to throw. At least, no culture that has something to do with temples and similar things. Yesterday slammed the ABC (Akasaka Boys Cabaret) show here in Tokyo at Akasaka Act Theater. Akasaka because it is precisely in this District of Tokyo is listed. aicchi had me when I was in Germany thankfully (\u0026lt;3) the map here worried, because when I saw that people find as Aiba, Ruito, Kenken and Co. still have my two absolute favorite Japanese performer what play is concerned: Masuda and Kanesaki, I just had to have a map (where it still occurs in the time where I am here). The "TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System - a major TV station in Japan) was signposted at the station, because on their site also was the Act Theatre.

You got a piece of paper and had just write down four numbers (the pictures were numbered). Anyway: He stops and has all the time so this faded face. Well, some of us here know what I mean, they know his face: D
How well I do not think aloud, because - I'm sorry, I love this boy - ran through my mind only "Bitch". He then looks up, looks pretty surprised and then smiled before he asks "Where are you from." Aiba is a manager of a cabaret club in Akasaka and he seeks halt to new people for his play as he would like to perform and he distributed flyers in the street for a casting. Each of those who received such a flyer its own story - as Massu actually distributed handkerchiefs, Ruito and two others (whose names I do not know) were such as a street dance group and do it big , and so on. One has lost his brother and always carries a huge picture around his neck around (that is, all sounds so serious, it was much to laugh about it). So, all these different guys and then meet and do so just a samurai piece (which is clear when you look at what they actually play) list
The "main character is a boy who is between his family or what the family wants and what he wants to decide for themselves. He goes to the casting but his brother (played by Kanesaki) will just not he such a "crap" does, he will join the company of his father (because where Kanesaki works well). Tomorrow we're first again to Asakusa and Ginza to (because I was not there yet). In Harajuku, I've bought a few things (including the Arasahi goodies for my two girls):
The light pink as far left where the "550 Yen" sees on it is mine xD Yes, I need time 'nen gag. I just liked the picture is very good and it is a reflection of the kind you often see them here in Japan. And who does not even needs a 'bigger the mirror? For Cons very practical (and certainly a good envy factor xD)
my bag that I bought yesterday in Harajuku in this classic Gothic etc. stores, there are in an alley ( because the whole Idol stores are). I find it pretty cool.
